You can delete your Leadership Playbook account and its associated data at any time — from inside the app, or by requesting it here. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request. Other privacy choices, including exporting your data, are set out below.

This is the fastest route and completes immediately.
Your account and associated data are removed as described below. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes the Apple authorisation as part of deletion.
If you have already uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or would simply prefer to ask us, send a deletion request and we will action it for you.
Email info@nexumcoaching.com with the subject line “Leadership Playbook — Account deletion request”, and include the email address associated with your account so we can identify it.
We confirm receipt and complete verified requests within 30 days, normally much sooner. There is no charge.
We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything. This is to protect you — it prevents someone else deleting your reflections.
When your account is deleted, the following are removed:
Temporary audio recordings are already deleted immediately after transcription and are not stored beyond that point.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep:

Nothing else is retained. Your reflections are not kept, anonymised, or reused.
Leadership Playbook is separate from a coaching engagement. Deleting your app account does not affect coaching records, and deleting coaching records is a separate request. Content you entered into the app was never shared with Nexum as coaching material in the first place.
To ask about coaching records as well, say so in your email and we will handle both.
Deleting your account is not the only control you have. You can also do any of the following, at any time, without deleting anything.
