We reply within two working days, usually sooner. Please mention which device and app version you are using — it makes problems much faster to diagnose.
Check that you are using the same method you signed up with — email and password, Google, or Apple. If you originally signed in with Google or Apple, using an email and password will create a separate, empty account rather than opening your existing one.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. The reset link is valid for about 15 minutes and can be used once. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before requesting another.
You can delete your account from inside the app, or request it here: Delete your account. Everything is set out on that page, including what is removed and what has to be kept.
Leadership Playbook needs microphone permission to record a reflection. Grant it in your device settings under the app's permissions. You can also use the app entirely by typing — voice is optional.
Audio is sent for transcription and the temporary file is deleted immediately afterwards. Only the resulting text is kept, and only if you save it as part of a reflection.
Please tell us — email the address above with what you asked and what came back. AI-generated content is there to support reflection, not to advise. It can be incomplete or simply wrong, and it should never be treated as professional, legal, medical or psychological advice.
AI is optional. You can write and save reflections without ever requesting an AI perspective.
Yes. Leadership Playbook includes a data export option. If you have trouble with it, email us and we will send your data directly.

No. Leadership Playbook is a reflection tool you use on your own. It is not coaching, therapy, or clinical support, and nothing in it is monitored or reviewed by a person.
